ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
1. From the E
LECTRONIC JOURNAL screen, select the JOURNAL PROPERTIES option by pressing <7> on
the keypad.
JOURNAL PROPERTIES
The JOURNAL PROPERTIES function will display a management report that provides specific information
about the electronic journal, such as the number of records in the journal, the number of record that have
been audited, the number of unaudited records etc. This report can be printed or saved to an external
memory device.
