The word-wrapping appearing in the above examples appears because of
the constraints of margins used in this presentation. Interpret each record as
a single string lacking any carriage return/line feed breaks.
9.10.2 Interpreting Telemetry Data Going to a File
Generic telemetric data going to a file is output in the following form as a
single string:
Day Month Year Hour Minute Seconds Nav_Y_position
Nav_X_position heading pitch roll speed depth altitude
range_scale Aux(1) Aux(2) Aux(3) Aux(4) Aux(5) Aux(6)
Event_# Magnetometer_X Magnetometer_Y Magnetometer_Z
Again, space considerations in this document force us to show the string on
multiple lines.
Note: Underscores are used above to join words together when two or
more words represent a single string; white space delimits the variables.
The altitude is usually derived from towfish telemetry. If bottom track is
enabled, then altitude comes from bottom-tracking. Range-scale comes
from the first channel.
Table 9-6 shows sample output (two records), captured to a
file.
